Method Description
ToxTracker is an in vitro genotoxicity assay that also includes a number of non-genotoxic end points that have been associated with increased cancer hazard. ToxTracker detects induction of DNA damage, oxidative stress and protein unfolding, thereby providing insight into the mechanisms of (geno)toxicity, allowing accurate genotoxicity assessment and reducing the frequency of misleading positive in vitro test results that would trigger in vivo follow up testing.
