Method Description
This test method is based on commercial three-dimensional Human Cornea-Like Epithelium (RhCE) tissue constructs that are produced using either primary human epidermal keratinocytes. LabCyteCORNEAMODEL24 is used to evaluate the eye hazard potential of a test chemical based on its ability to induce cytotoxicity in a RhCE tissue construct, as measured by the tetrazolium dye.
